How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1 to 2 business days. Sanctions screening runs automatically; manual review only fires when a name match needs human eyes.
When do I get paid?
Approved commissions aggregate on the first of every month. If your balance crosses fifty US dollars, we send a payout via Wise or bank transfer in your declared currency. Below the threshold rolls into the next month.
Why is there a thirty day hold?
Standard refund window. If a referee charges back or cancels inside thirty days of subscribing, the commission reverses cleanly. After thirty days, the row flips to APPROVED and is yours.
Do I lose commission if a referee churns later?
No. Commission is earned month by month while the subscription is paid. If they cancel after the hold ends, you keep what you earned, you stop earning new commission for that subscription.
What rate do I start at?
Twenty percent recurring for twelve months. Hit five active referrals or five hundred dollars lifetime to climb to twenty five percent. Hit twenty five referrals or five thousand dollars lifetime to reach thirty percent, lifetime, not capped at twelve months.
Are there caps?
No earnings cap. We do enforce a daily and monthly fraud cap per partner; defaults are off, configurable for high volume partners on request.
What about taxes?
Country aware. US partners submit a W 9, non US individuals submit a W 8 BEN, EU partners declare VAT, Indian partners declare GST. The right form is asked for before the first payout. Annual statements arrive every January.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self referral is blocked at three layers: at attribution claim, at workspace.created, and at commission record. Any link click that resolves to your own workspace is dropped.
How do disputes work?
You file from the commissions ledger. We respond within five business days. If we resolve in your favor, we either reverse the original adjustment or post a remedy commission. Either way, the audit trail is on the row.
How do you store my payout details?
Encrypted with AES 256 GCM at rest. Plaintext never touches the database. The encryption key is rotated by app version, not at the database level, so a database snapshot leak does not equal a payout details leak.
What countries are restricted?
Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus. Configurable, screened on every application against an OFAC equivalent block list.
Can I leave?
Any time. Self deactivate from settings, your link freezes, existing referrals continue to earn until they cancel. Reactivation is one click. GDPR purge is also available; contact us for the formal deletion path.
