Treaty election to certify foreign status. No US withholding when on file. Valid three years.

Screened on every application.

Every applicant runs through a country block list and a sanctions name match before any commission posts. A potential match goes to manual review. A confirmed block reaches REJECTED with a reason on file.

Currency routing

FX locked the moment a commission posts.

When a referee subscribes in EUR, GBP or INR, we convert to the house ledger at the rate live in that minute. Rate, provider and timestamp are stamped on the row. No surprise at month end.
